    • To establish churches as the biblical principal of extending God's Kingdom
    • To provide a means of education to the western world by facilitating short term visits to the mission field and through hosting 'challenge to mission' type events at home.

          Providing safe environments for upbringing of abandoned and orphaned children

          • Aimed at the children at the lowest level of survival, those with no hope.

          Providing:

            • Long term home based accommodation in a loving Christian environment

            • Education to primary and secondary level

            • Healthcare

            • A church environment

            • Skill Training

            • Involves a purpose built Children's Centre to provide these facilities and as a base for outreaching to villages.

            • Establish 'best practice' models for all aspects of Children's work.



          Providing Vocational training and support for those involved in immoral occupations

          • Skill training

          • Life Skills

          • Healthcare Skills

          • Basic English and maths

          • micro-loan or co-operative start-ups

          • Christian counselling and support

          • Bible teaching

          • To integrate into all education programmes the sense of 'spreading the word' and teaching others in their local environment what they have learned.



          To establish churches as the biblical principal of extending God's Kingdom
          • Establish churches as an integral part of the overall work

          • As a provision for the children we are working with

          • Provide training resources and programmes for potential pastors and leaders

          • To embrace evangelism, church planting, outreach, healing, the Spirit filled life and servant attitude as part of overall church life.



          To provide a means of education to the western world by facilitating short term visits to the mission field and through hosting 'challenge to mission' events at home.
          • Incorporating a 'Visitors Centre' into the main Children's Centre to facilitate visitors on short term trips to experience mission in a safe but challenging environment.

          • To host conferences and events at home to challenge people into an awakening of the true call on their lives.

          • To educate the general public by giving talks to churches and interested groups



          To continue to build on the work in Sierra Leone

          • To continue to build on established relationships and programmes where possible in Sierra Leone

          • Any new projects to be under the covering of FHM directly for accountability purposes under UK law



          To be open to other areas of working as God lays them across our path.
          • This could small projects at home or abroad

          • With the proviso that focus is not drawn from the primary work in Sierra Leone



          To employ local people whenever possible
          • Commitment to see sustainable employment by local people within all levels of the overseas operation of the Charity.

          • Where skill levels are not locally available then non-local people will employed.

          • This policy must be tempered by our aims to provide non-locals with mission experience, short and long term.
