How To Sponsor the Support of an Orphan Care Centre

All our orphans are cared for in Christian homes. In most cases they have brothers and/or sisters and guardians - a real family. As well as community placement we have 2 Orphan Care Centres, the House of Hope and the House of Dreams. Collectively we invite you to support these centres.

Each orphan in these centres requires the following in order to maintain their full care:

• Housing Costs
• Feeding
• Guardian/Carer support
• Table, chair and bedding
• Toiletries etc.
• School Uniforms
• School Fees
• Medical Care
• Transport

You can support an orphan by supporting the an Orphan Care Centre either a regular monthly donation or an annual payment.

Does FHMI offer Individual named child sponsorship?

No...however...!

FHMI does not do individual child sponsorship, however you can support 'a' child.

There is a huge overhead involved in maintaining the link between a sponsor and an individual child. It takes a lot of man hours to supply regular photographs and reports as to how a named child is doing. We do not have the logistics to provide such a mechanism. This way we can make sure that 100% of specified donations actually goes directly to the Children's Care Centres and the care of the children.

£28 ($56 USD) supports an orphan in one our dedicated homes. Children will be supported in foster care only where we are satisfied that the child will be fully integrated into the family. Due to the extreme poverty, unfortunately, this is rare therefore we established our own family based Care Centres.

• Choose frequency of donation - one-time, weekly, monthly or annually
• Click the 'Donate Now' button - it will then take you Paypal's secure server

If you are a UK resident you can also setup a regular Standing Order.

For larger amounts please consider a Internet Bank Transfer or wired transfer. Please contact us of you need further information.

If you are a UK taxpayer please fill in a Gift Aid Declaration and send it to us. This enables us to claim direct from the Inland Revenue another 28% on top of your donation at no extra cost to you.
